Ten-plus medications means GLP-1s aren't the automatic answer

The 83% one-year sustain number is the more interesting one, because sustained loss is where GLP-1 monotherapy struggles most. If the coaching component is doing anything, that's the metric where it would show.

Insurance acceptance is the real differentiator
