Agile Telehealth review: employer access and program-specific terms

A review of Agile’s employer and partner weight-care programs, published pricing examples, billing cycles and the limits of a public offer.

By Health Connect Alliance Editorial Team · Published 2026-10-15

Agile Telehealth presents its main service to employers and partner organizations that want to offer access to wellness programs. A person who finds one of its public weight-loss pages should first establish which program they can join and which offer governs that enrollment.

We checked Agile’s employer information, two partner pages and published terms on October 15, 2026. This review describes access and purchase terms rather than evaluating a dispensed medicine or employee health outcomes. We did not confirm eligibility through an employer or complete the medical intake.

Start with the employer or partner arrangement

Agile’s main site and weight-loss program page invite employers to choose services and request a customized program. They describe a branded enrollment webpage and access to licensed clinicians. This establishes an employer-facing service model; it does not establish that every visitor can buy the same package independently.

The Elevate employer-benefits page describes employee access, while the Overflow partner page presents its own offer. Ask the employer or program administrator which enrollment route applies, what the employee pays and whether access changes if the employment or partnership ends. We did not independently verify a benefit contract.

Public price examples vary by program

The Elevate page lists compounded injectable semaglutide at $179 and tirzepatide at $279 with monthly wording. The Overflow page lists $209 and $299 respectively. Both also advertise a compounded oral liposomal semaglutide option at the same headline price as their injectable semaglutide offer. These are examples from different program pages, not interchangeable coupons or a guaranteed rate for every applicant.

The program FAQs describe cash payment and a 28-day billing cycle. Four weeks is not a calendar month; confirm the number of charges and the exact supply period in the selected agreement. One Elevate FAQ contains blank dollar amounts even though the product cards have prices. Use a completed written quote rather than relying on an unfinished FAQ field.

An oral compounded preparation has its own formulation and evidence questions. An ingredient name alone does not make it an approved oral product or establish equivalent absorption, effects or risks. Discuss the actual proposed formulation with the prescriber.

Clinical care belongs to the treating practice

The terms of use distinguish Agile’s platform from independent practices, clinicians, laboratories and pharmacies. The partner pages describe qualification questions, medical intake and a video visit when needed, followed by pharmacy processing if treatment is approved. An intake form is not a guarantee of a prescription.

Agile advertises care coaching, pharmacy delivery and third-party testing. This review did not inspect a pharmacy or verify a batch report. Ask which licensed professional is responsible for follow-up, how medical questions reach that person, which pharmacy will dispense and whether laboratory charges are included. A general wellness-support promise is not a measured clinician response time.

Reconcile the cancellation instructions before paying

The partner-page FAQ describes cancellation through the patient portal before the next shipment is processed, with later requests applying to the following billing cycle. The main terms instead specify notice at least 72 hours before the next subscription period and provide support@agiletelehealth.com as a cancellation channel. Both can matter when a shipment is processed before a billing deadline.

The terms generally make current-period fees nonrefundable, subject to stated exceptions and applicable law. They also discuss incomplete required laboratory work, a missed initial-consultation window and a separate California cancellation provision. This review does not determine an individual’s legal entitlement. Obtain the terms applicable to your program and retain confirmation of a cancellation or refund decision.

Separate an advertised program from evidence of benefit

The employer pages discuss potential productivity and healthcare-cost benefits. Those statements do not show what a particular employee will experience or prove the value of a specific compounded prescription. FDA explains that compounded drugs are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by the agency for safety, effectiveness and quality before marketing.

For a service comparison, the Fridays review examines a direct enrollment program with coaching and its own subscription rules. Our nutrition-support guide helps turn a broad coaching promise into questions about the professional, appointment access and follow-up. Choose the comparison that matches the care arrangement actually available to you.
